Custom Turnings. The Charleston Bat Company can turn you a custom bat by replicating an existing turning or by creating a bat based on your specifications.
If you have a bat that suits your needs you can send us that bat and we will make a template from that bat. Your new bats will be an exact replica of your original. We will promptly return your original bat back to you and begin processing your order. A three week lead time (or less) is required on custom turnings.
The other option is to design a bat based on your personal needs. You tell us your preferences and we will build it exactly to your specifications. The following information is required to produce custom models: bat length, desired weight, knob shape and diameter, amount of handle flare, diameter of handle between top and bottom hand, barrel diameter, cupped or not cupped, and color selection. Personalization is include with custom turnings.Finish it off with your name or signature to let others know this is your custom wood bat, from the Charleston Bat Company.
We prefer to accept these orders over the telephone at (843) 810-9593 to ensure all details are correct. We kindly ask a three bat minimum for this service.
